Le Roche Bleu began as a vision for a premiere spa that catered to customer’s needs and left the customer refreshed and relaxed. That vision soon became a goal and a continual work in progress in the pursuit of excellence.

Cancellations
24 hours prior in order to avoid a full charge for the value of your services. At the time of booking, you will be asked to provide a credit card or a gift card number to hold your appointment. A 50% charge for services is required for all new clients. No show/last minute cancellations will be charged in full. Your appointment is reserved just for you, should you need to reschedule or cancel we ask that you contact us as soon as possible.

Tardiness
Please note that if you are over 10 minutes late for your appointment, we will give the most amount of service time as possible. If we do not hear from you 15 or more minutes into your scheduled appointment time it is considered a “No-Show” and your card will be charged for 100% of the service scheduled.
Group Bookings
Group bookings of four or more people require a notice period of 72 hours (3 days). For each guest that fails to show up without required notice a charge of 100% of the service amount will be incurred on the card used to reserve the booking.
