DURING YOUR VISIT

  • Facility Tour
    Familiarity with our amenities will maximize your enjoyment. Please arrive 30 minutes prior to your scheduled appointments to allow time for our spa concierge to give you a walk-through of our facility and to fill out any necessary paperwork for your services.
     

  • What to Wear
    You will be provided with a robe, slippers and a locker for your personal belongings. It is recommended that massage and/or body treatments be experienced without clothing. Please know our therapists are highly trained and professional and will ensure complete comfort through proper draping techniques. Your comfort and privacy will always be respected.
     

  • Arrival
    We recommend arriving at least 30 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment in order to enjoy our amenities and prepare you thoroughly for a relaxing visit with us.  This makes for an easy check-in experience and help with any necessary paperwork needed.
     

  • Cancellations
    24 hours prior in order to avoid a full charge for the value of your services. At the time of booking, you will be requested to provide a credit card or a gift card number to hold your appointment.  This is only to hold your reservations, no show/last minute cancellations are the only reason the card would result in a charge. Your appointment is reserved just for you, should you need to reschedule or cancel we ask that you contact us as soon as possible.  In the event of a "declined" payment, the client will be asked to prepay for the next appointment they try to book.
    *Please note- Last minute cancellations or No-Show appointments on Friday or Saturday will result in a 100% service 
    charge.
     

  • NO Show Policy
    Please be mindful of our staff during your appointment time.  Our providers work solely on a commission-based schedule. In the event of a no-show the card or gift card on file for the appointment will be charged the full amount of the service.  In the event of a "declined" payment, the client will be asked to prepay for the next appointment they try to book.
     

  • Tardiness
    Please note that if you are over 10 minutes late for your appointment, we will give the most amount of service time as possible. If we do not hear from you 15 or more minutes into your scheduled appointment time it is considered a “No-Show” and your card will be charged for 50% of the service scheduled.

     

  • Group Bookings
    Group bookings of four or more people require a notice period of 72 hours (3 days). For each guest that fails to show up without required notice a charge of 50% of the service amount will be incurred on the card used to reserve the booking.

     

  • Health Considerations
    If you have any special health considerations, please be sure to communicate those to our staff.  Our Spa Concierge and therapists can offer guidance as to which treatments will be most beneficial and those that should be avoided.  A confidential health questionnaire is required for many spa services.
     

  • Gratuities
    Our staff is here to ensure your spa visit is a memorable one. Gratuities for these efforts are greatly appreciated. Standard practice for excellent service is 15-20%. 
     

  • Valuables
    We are not responsible for the loss of valuable items brought into the spa. We ask that you leave these items at your residence or safely locked in your spa locker area.
     

  • Cellular Phones & Electronic Devices
    As a courtesy to all spa guests, we ask that you kindly deactivate your devices to ensure tranquility and quiet. Cell phone use is prohibited in treatment rooms and the relaxation lounges.  If you must take a phone call, we ask that you please do not put the call on speaker. If your call is important, please take it in the locker room.
     

  • Payment
    Cash and all major credit and debit cards are accepted.
     

  • Service Duration
    All times noted in the menu include between five to ten minutes for room preparation and cleanup after the treatment.
     

  • Gift Certificates
    Gift certificates are an excellent way to indulge that special person in your life, or as a way to say thank you!  Gift certificates can be purchased in house or through our website.
     

  • Age Minimum
    Children over 12 years of age may utilize certain spa services; however, a parent or guardian must be present. 

 

AFTER YOUR VISIT

  • Water.

    We advise you to drink lots of it. This will assist the body in the elimination of toxins through a flushing action within the system.
     

  • Remineralize.

    Your body and skin need minerals to replenish and energize the cells. This in turn relieves sore muscles and restores your body’s equilibrium. We suggest an immersion in a warm bath for at least 15 minutes followed by a rest period of another 15 minutes. Please inquire with your spa provider about our remineralizing baths for home use.
     

  • Rest.

    Sleep is the most powerful way to repair and regenerate your body’s cells and tissues. A good night’s sleep is probably the most anti-aging therapy you can give to yourself. Remember to prepare your skin at night by cleansing and moisturizing. This enhances the rejuvenation of your epidermis and supports the body’s ability to precisely heal itself.
     

  • You.

    Take care of yourself through regular exercise, healthy and wholesome food and spiritual nourishment. Your mind, body and skin thrive when you live a balanced life. Schedule regular spa visits as advised by your spa provider. We are your ambassadors for good living!
