Cancellations: Guests are asked to give 24 hours prior in order to avoid a full charge of your service. At the time of booking, you will be asked to provide a credit card or a gift card number to hold your appointment. A 50% charge for services is required for all new clients. No show/last minute cancellations will be charged in full. Your appointment is reserved just for you, should you need to reschedule or cancel we ask that you contact us as soon as possible.

Tardiness: If you are more than 10 minutes late, we will do our best with the remaining time. After 15 minutes without contact, the appointment is a No-Show and the card on file is charged 100% of the service.

Group Bookings (4+ guests): 72-hour notice required. No-shows are charged 100% of the reserved service.
